Started and finished this before going back to the Bruce and Selina pic.
This is a a two piece puzzle sketch card commission of Colossus painting the adorable Kitty Pryde and Lockheed. It was a wonderful piece to work on and a great concept to be provided with. Piotr’s warm, artistic side just seems so cute to me; especially since he’s huge and crushes many things with his bare hands.
I coloured Piotr’s painting with watercolour paints and the rest with markers.
Oh, my goodness…this is wonderful!! I love the playful, off-duty moments like this.

Finished it finally!
A bit sad today, my Mother is back in hospital. She had a hip replacement a month ago and after she was discharged from hospital the wound became infected and yesterday she was re-admitted and had an operation to help clean out the wound. She has another operation scheduled for tomorrow and Friday. Since I live close to the hospital I plan on visiting her a lot this week cutting my work hours down a bit so I’ll have to make up the time after Christmas.
We both hope that she’s well enough to be at my wedding next Friday.
I just come across a lovely Australian artist and thought I’d share.
